Who can play with North Shore Basketball League?Sessions are offered to school grades K-12, all skill levels welcome. Adult Social Mixed Competition is on a Wednesday evening

Could you please explain where the court is?St Ives High School, Indoor Courts, enter via the pedestrian gate on Yarrabung Road. No parking on site – please use street parking only. Please follow the path through the school and turn left when you get to the outdoor covered court. If you can’t see us, you will more than likely hear us. Otherwise call Yoel Hyman on 0403 994 240 on the day for further directions.

What are the costs?$20 Per session (including GST & processing fees) Fees have increased for the 2024 program due to a significant court hire increase Uniforms are an optional extra and can be purchased during the registration process

I don’t know how many sessions to sign up for or when, what do you suggest?"Our after school sessions cater to beginners. Many do one session a week. A number of our members do two sessions, some do Sunday Comp + one after school session, some do two after school sessions and no Sunday. Ultimately, it is what suits you and your availability.

We missed a session, can we do a make-up session?"Of course! Let us know when you can make it - send an email via the club website contact us page. If there is space, you are more than welcome to a make-up session.

I want my child to play basketball but I am not sure if they will enjoy the sessions, can they come along to watch or trial a session before we sign up?"Of course! NSBL is a flexible, friendly and approachable program. You are invited to contact us. We will work with you to help you find the right session for you. If there is space in any of our sessions we will let you know for a trial.

Do you run holiday camps?Yes, every school holidays 9am – 3pm for Grades 3-12 Due to the camps popularity, there is always limited space. Registrations open approximately one month out from camp.

Why is NSBL in St Ives?Ku-ring-gai basketball was limited to four surrounding venues: Crows Nest, Thornleigh, Warriewoood and Ryde. Based in St Ives High School, it is a more centralised venue for those in the Lindfield, Killara, Roseville, Pymble, Gordon, Turramurra and of course St Ives / St Ives Chase areas.

Is NSBL an Active Kids Provider?As of January 2023, NSBL will no longer be an active kids provider. Apologies for any inconvenience.
